Well,I have something to say to this.I believe the prime minister ,although I do not like him or his policies, is right when it comes using the human rights act.Last week,an islamist cleric with links to Al queda won ,his right not to be deported back to jordon as he would of been killed. This mad has also been found guilty and has spent time in prison. He did not care about people outside his own religion and preached to "get rid of us ..."Why should the uk be made to keep this man in the country after preaching hatred, and then goes and uses the human rights act to stay here.He did not care about the people he was inpart responsible of killing,so why should we care when it could be us next.

yes heard of this case and i agree, he should have been deported, he knew what his country was like, hence he shouldnt have done it in the first place, but there again he probably knew that us english are so gulible that we wouldnt have deported him anyway. I mean that alone, how much would that have cost the tax payer, and really it didnt affect the english population so?
